95. At-Tin
The Fig ยท 8 ayahs ยท Makki
Allah swears by the fig, the olive, Mount Sinai, and Makkah. It explains that Allah created humans in the best form, but they can become the lowest of the low unless they have faith and do good deeds.
โญ Authentic virtue: When reciting the last verse, 'Is not Allah the most just of judges?', it is recommended to reply, 'Bala wa ana 'ala dhalika minash-shahidin' (Yes, and I am among the witnesses to that). (Sunan Abi Dawud)
